When we created Familink, we were looking for a quick and simple technical solution to connect seniors easily to the rest of the family. Our grandparents are often not technology professionals and may not be comfortable with the latest trendy devices!
In addition, some seniors do not have televisions or tablets. Some may lack the ability to communicate with their children and grandchildren. The television or the tablet frequently requires an internet connection and a service provider. This represents an additional monthly cost.
Works without WiFi
Most Wifi connections in senior homes have issues and need to be reset. There are many seniors today who do not have internet. Familink makes it possible to forgo internet to stay connected, the digital frame works easily with a 3G/4G SIM card that’s already included.
